As education levels rise, particularly in the medical field, the quality of healthcare services directly impacts national progress. In government hospitals, patients often endure long waiting times due to inefficiencies in managing patient records. The administration must handle extensive patient files, leading to redundancy and increased workload. To address these challenges, we propose an Online Clinic Management System, a web-based solution designed to streamline healthcare services. The system is developed using an iterative waterfall model, incorporating data flow diagrams, logical designs, and entity-relationship models. By transitioning manual tasks into a computerized system, data redundancy is eliminated, patient records are easily retrievable, and waiting times for medical treatment are significantly reduced.
