ONLINE TICKETING SYSTEM WITH WEBSITE-TICKET SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The increasing demand for digital ticketing solutions has driven the development of an Online Ticketing System with Website-Ticket Support and Management. This system simplifies ticket booking, enhances customer support, and automates administrative tasks through a user-friendly web interface, secure payment processing, real-time ticket tracking, and automated support management. A literature review examines existing ticketing systems, identifying challenges such as scalability, security, and inefficient support handling.
The proposed system features a three-tier architecture (presentation, business logic, and database layers) with functionalities including:
? Online ticket booking & cancellation
? Automated refund processing
? Customer support ticket management
? Real-time notifications via email/SMS
? Admin dashboard for event & user management
Results show improved efficiency, reduced manual workload, and better user experience. Future enhancements include AI chatbots for instant support and blockchain for secure transactions.
